My Journey from GNITS to a Global Career in Engineering and Analytics

Hello, I am Mirdoddi Archana Sai, and I’m thrilled to share my journey from G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Sciences (GNITS) to where I am today—a Data Analytics Engineer at Wells Fargo. My path has been shaped by determination, lifelong learning, and the invaluable support of mentors and peers along the way.

The Foundation at GNITS

My academic journey began at GNITS, where I pursued a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and had the honor of serving as the Class Representative for my batch. My leadership role not only helped me build strong relationships with my peers and faculty but also honed my organizational and problem-solving skills.

At GNITS, I excelled academically and actively participated in technical competitions, poster presentations, and workshops. These experiences helped me develop a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for innovation.

I was proud to achieve the distinction of being the topper of my class. This achievement reinforced my belief in hard work and perseverance.

Global Learning and Advanced Studies

Eager to expand my knowledge, I pursued a Master’s in Information Systems at the University of North Texas (UNT), USA. During my time at UNT, I was recognized with a Certification of Appreciation for my exceptional academic performance and contributions to the university community.

Professional Journey: From Engineering to Data Analytics

My professional career began at Accenture and Wipro and later worked for Delta as a Production Test Engineer, where I worked on developing and implementing rigorous testing protocols for high-performance electrical systems. This role sharpened my technical expertise and gave me hands-on experience in solving complex engineering challenges.

Building on this foundation, I transitioned into the field of data analytics. Today, I serve as a Data Analytics Engineer at Wells Fargo, where I play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive business decisions.

A Message to Aspiring Professionals

To students and professionals: Believe in yourself, embrace challenges, and never stop learning. Every step you take today builds the foundation for your success tomorrow.
