Mr. Venkata Ramana Reddy, HOD
Mr. Venkata Ramana Reddy. M has been working in this institute since its inception. He joined as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering department and later was regularized for the same position in the year 1999. He was promoted to Senior Assistant Professor in the year 2006. In 2010, he was ratified as Associate Professor. On 1 December 2015, he took the charge as Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. M. Venkata Ramana Reddy has received ‘Academic Excellence’ Award in the year 2008 on Teachers’ Day. He worked as ISTE student chapter faculty advisor and secretary and rendered valuable services for more than 2 years. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from S.V. University College of Engineering, Tirupati in 1996 and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from J.N.T.U, Hyderabad in March 2001. Presently he is pursuing his Ph.D. from Rayalaseema University. He attended many International and National conferences and published a few papers in them. He is also a Life Member of ISTE.
Mr. M. Venkata Ramana Reddy is the Central Timetable Coordinator for all UG & PG Courses. From the inception he has been playing a key role as Main Timetable Coordinator and is assisting the individual department Timetable Coordinators in preparing the Timetables for smooth scheduling of the class work for both UG and PG Courses. He is also incharge of the maintenance works and procurement of furniture for the institution.
